NOTE: Due to the popularity of the conference, nearly all hotel rooms in Lillehammer are now fully booked. There are, however, airbnb accommodations available. You can also find lodging in nearby Hafjell. SKUP has arranged a shuttle bus to and from Hafjell, which is a 20-minute drive from Lillehammer.
Participants booking after September 23 need to handle their own hotel reservations and order a “day package” from the conference registration page. This includes all meals during the conference for NOK 3.255 (approximately USD 410): breakfast, lunch and dinner every day with arrival Wednesday, October 7 and departure Sunday, October 11. On Saturday night we invite you for the event’s gala dinner, with award ceremonies at the conference venue.

Hotels in Norway can be a bit expensive and since Lillehammer is a small city, SKUP negotiated a conference package with most of the hotels in the city. This made travel and participation both easier and cheaper for those who booked by the deadline, September 23.
